Covid 19 Policy

We are actively taking measures to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. This coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines.

  • All employees are required wear masks and have taken the necessary steps to protect themselves from the Corona Virus.
  • All areas are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • After hours, a thorough cleaning of the spa is done.

For all clients
We require credit card information to schedule all services. All online bookings are protected with encryption technology to keep your credit card information safe.

First time clients
First time clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Please turn off mobile devices during treatments.

Late arrivals
Please call us if you expect to be late for your appointment. We do our very best to accommodate our clients, however we cannot guarantee the full treatment time based on our schedule. Certain treatments may need to be rescheduled.

Please respect our service providers by giving 24-hour notice of cancellation.  If you cancel with in 24 hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of your booked service.  Thank you kindly for your cooperation with our policies.
