Booking & Credit Card Policy
We require credit card information to schedule all services. All online bookings are protected with encryption technology to keep your information safe. Glow Spa is by appointment only.
Phone Calls & Voicemail
We return calls once per day. If you reach our voicemail, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message so we can return your call as soon as possible.
Texting for Glow
You can text us at 1-855-952-4611 for appointment and service inquiries. While we encourage texting for convenience, please note that we do not book appointments through text.
Tips
Tips can no longer be charged to credit cards. We happily accept tips via cash or Venmo.
Client Forms
All client intake forms are now electronic and will be completed online before your appointment to make your check-in smooth and easy.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase online anytime. Physical gift cards are also available and will be mailed with a small processing and shipping fee.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our team and other guests, we ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please give us a quick call. We’ll do our best to provide your full service, but in some cases, we may need to shorten the session or reschedule to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

If You’re Feeling Unwell
If you are experiencing any signs of illness — such as fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, stomach upset, or any contagious condition — we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Services are best enjoyed when you are feeling your best, and rescheduling helps protect the well-being of our staff and other clients.
COVID-19 Precautions
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are experiencing related symptoms, please wait the recommended isolation period before visiting us. We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellation Flexibility
We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible. While our standard cancellation policy applies, we will always do our best to work with you in these situations.
